As advised by Delhi Police, in view of security reasons, three Metro stations of Yellow Line namely, Vishwavidyalaya, Civil Lines and Vidhan Sabha will remain closed for public from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm tomorrow ie, 26.06.2021 (Saturday) ).

The national capital may also witness protests on Saturday, so the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and the police have taken security measures as a precaution. DMRC tweeted on Friday night, “On the suggestion of Delhi Police, for security reasons, three metro stations on Yellow Line – University, Civil Lines and Vidhan Sabha, are open to public tomorrow (Saturday) 26.06.2021 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Will be closed till A senior police official also said that in view of the apprehension of protests, DMRC has decided to keep some metro stations closed.
